Concrete Block Production Line Successfully Shipped to Central Asia

[QUANZHOU, 4TH OF JUNE] –  Senko Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd is proud to announce the successful completion and shipment of a state-of-the-art concrete block production line to a key client in Central Asia. This milestone marks another step forward in the company’s global expansion and its commitment to delivering high-quality construction solutions worldwide.

The fully automated block making line, designed for high efficiency and low energy consumption, is capable of producing a wide range of concrete blocks – including hollow, solid, and paving blocks – to meet diverse construction needs. With a production capacity of 2700 pcs of hollow block per hour,  the line integrates advanced PLC control system, reliable vibration technology, and a robust curing setup, ensuring consistent product quality and operational stability.

Throughout the project, our engineering and production teams worked closely with the client to customize the equipment according to local material conditions and production requirements. Rigorous factory acceptance tests were carried out, all of which were passed with excellent results. The equipment (full automatic block production line) has now been carefully packed and loaded for overland transport via the China–Central Asia railway corridor, with on-site installation and commissioning scheduled for next month.
