The upper-rotating, sword-piercing strapping machine is an automated strapping device specifically designed for bricks/blocks. It cleverly combines top-rotating and sword-piercing technologies to efficiently and securely strap brick stacks. The machine head (strapping mechanism) can move up and down along a vertical track, flexibly adapting to different stacking heights. Simultaneously, a rod-shaped mechanism called a "sword" precisely passes through the space at the bottom of the pallet from one side of the machine, working in conjunction with the machine head to complete the wrapping of the strapping, achieving a crisscross pattern of strapping to the brick stack.

Rotating Mechanism
With the brick/block stack stationary, the packing head and sling slot on the frame slide back and forth to horizontally bundle the items with PET strapping. Then, the packing head and sling slot rotate 90° to vertically bundle the items with PET strapping.
Friction Heat Melting Head
This unit integrates servo-driven strap feeding, tightening, strap cutting, and high-speed rotating friction bonding. It can achieve a strapping force of up to 300KN and can move up and down to adapt to different stacking heights.
Sling Mechanism
A retractable sling passes through the bottom of the pallet, working in conjunction with the head to form a closed-loop bundling path.
