Using sand, gravel, and cement, and with the addition of large quantities of fly ash, slag, steel slag, coal ash, ceramsite, perlite, and other industrial waste, we produce various exterior wall blocks, interior wall blocks, PC imitation stone permeable bricks, decorative wall blocks, floor slabs, embankment blocks, interlocking blocks, curb stones, and other blocks. We can also add a colored fabric application device to produce colored paving bricks of various specifications.
Manual Brick/Block Forming Machine (Model: SK-M4-15)
Mold Preparation: Clean the mold and apply a release agent (such as waste engine oil) to prevent adhesion.
Filling Material: Fill the mold cavity with pre-mixed concrete or clay raw materials.
Preliminary Compaction: Perform initial air removal and compaction via manual pre-pressing or vibration (if equipped with a basic vibration feature).
Applying High Pressure: Utilize a lever or manual hydraulic pump to apply continuous, high pressure to the material, ensuring dense formation within the mold.
Demolding: Release the pressure and extract the formed brick using the ejection mechanism or by directly opening the mold.
Curing: Transfer the bricks to a curing area for natural air drying or steam curing to achieve their final strength.
Product Advantages:
1. High mobility, on-site production: The equipment is lightweight and can be easily transported to the construction site by small vehicles for production. This greatly saves on brick transportation costs and waste, achieving "production as needed."
2. Extremely low site requirements: No sturdy concrete foundation is required; only a small, flat plot of land is needed to begin production. Its small footprint allows for operation even in temporary sheds or open-air areas.
3. Flexible production with no minimum order requirement: Production can begin at any time based on actual demand, ensuring fully controllable production quantities and avoiding the waste of large equipment due to insufficient orders.
4. Wide range of raw material sources: In addition to standard cement and sand, local soil, fly ash, slag, and construction waste can be used as raw materials, achieving resource recycling and further reducing costs.
