The intelligent brick and block stacker is an intelligent brick stacking equipment designed using patented technology with reserved gaps for stacking arrangement. This equipment brick/block stacking system solves the problems of manual stacking, high labor intensity, low production efficiency, and low mechanization of finished product loading and unloading in the current simple block production line. This equipment is the latest developed fast stacking system. In general, this system is independently placed near the product curing chamber. For well cured products, they can be stacked on site or connected to the block production line to achieve online stacking.
Fully Servo Brick/Block Stacker (Model: MDJ-Z1200A)
The whole machine consists of a pallet with cured brick/blocks elevator, a main stacking unit , a pallet-pusher/pallet turnover machine, a palletizer, etc., to achieve a bottomless pallet for brick stacking. The whole machine is driven by servo motors and pneumatic power, and the electrical drive is variable frequency speed regulation, which has the characteristics of intelligence, stability, speed, low power consumption, and small footprint. This equipment production line has a high degree of overall automation, and the entire process is controlled by a computer-controlled cabinet, which not only reduces labor costs but also improves efficiency and output.

Lifting machine for pallet loaded with bricks/blocks
The brick boards brought by the forklift, each pallet loaded with cured bricks/blocks, are conveyed to the pallet lifting reservation area. The lifting machine sequentially grabs the brick pallets layer by layer, front and back, up and down, and sends them to the conveyor before bricks/blocks-pallet separation.

Turntable 1 and bricks/blocks pusher
Pusher 1 pushes the bricks/blocks on the pallet off the pallet and into turntable 1. Turntable 1 can rotate 90° to change direction according to the requirements of the bricks/blocks stacking direction, and pusher 2 pushes the bricks/blocks into the Main Stacking Machine

Main Stacking Machine
Pusher 3 pushes the fed bricks/blocks to the palletizing drawing plate, the palletizing drawing plate moves forward to the stacking position, Pusher 4 descends, stops the bricks/blocks on the drawing plate, the drawing plate pulls back and away, the bricks/blocks on the drawing plate fall and stack sequentially, realizing the stacking of cured bricks/blocks into a pallet. Pusher 4 is controlled by a servo motor, which can realize the reservation of forklift holes. After forming a pallet, it descends to the bottom, and rollers send out the stacked brick pallet for horizontal and vertical bundling and packaging with PET plastic steel straps.

Pallet pusher/Flipper
After the bricks are separated, the empty pallet is conveyed forward by a chain. A flipping mechanism can be configured on the chain conveyor to flip the empty pallet, and then the empty pallet is pushed into the palletizing machine.

Palletizing Machine/Pallet stacking machine
Empty pallets are pushed in one by one and descend to stack them into a pile. After the pile is stacked into a stack, it descends to the bottom and the conveyor sends the stacked pallets out, where they are picked up by a forklift.
