The downward rotating, sword-piercing brick baling machine is an automated strapping device specifically designed for brick blocks. Its core actions are "downward rotation" and "sword piercing." Downward rotation: This refers to the baling head of the machine rotating downwards and moving, flexibly adapting to brick stacks of different heights to complete the strapping action. Sword piercing: A rod-shaped mechanism called a "sword" precisely passes through the reserved space at the bottom of the pallet from one side of the machine, guiding the strapping to the other side of the brick stack, cooperating with the baling head to complete the wrapping.

Through the precise coordination of these two actions, the packing straps can tightly bind the entire brick stack to the pallet from top to bottom and from left to right, forming a stable "well"-shaped structure that facilitates transportation and storage. PLC, along with sensors such as photoelectric switches, enables automatic detection and precise binding. The packing speed is fast, providing a binding force of up to 300KN or even higher, ensuring the stability of the brick stack during transportation. The main structure typically uses durable materials such as metal to ensure the stability of the equipment under heavy loads and continuous operating environments.
The dimensions of the equipment's frame and table height can be customized to suit different pallet sizes and products. This baling machine is ideal for modern block brick production lines, efficiently handling the final packaging of aerated concrete blocks, cement bricks, paving bricks, and other products. Through automated strapping, the equipment can operate continuously for extended periods, significantly reducing labor costs, improving production line efficiency, and lowering the breakage rate of bricks during transportation.


Working Principle:

Rotating Mechanism

The packing head and sling slot on the transverse frame slide back and forth, repeatedly binding and packaging the brick stack with PET plastic strapping. Then, the bottom rotating mechanism rotates the brick/block stack 90°, and the packing head and sling slot on the transverse frame continue to slide back and forth, repeatedly binding and packaging the rotated brick/block stack.

Friction Heat Melting Head

This machine integrates servo feeding, tightening, tape cutting, and high-speed rotating friction bonding, achieving a binding force of up to 300KN for the plastic strapping. It can also move up and down to adapt to different stacking heights.

Sling Mechanism

A retractable sling passes through the bottom of the pallet, working in conjunction with the machine head to form a closed-loop binding path.

A laminating machine is a specialized piece of equipment used to automatically cover the surface of bricks or blocks with a protective film. Its main purpose is to prevent surface abrasion, scratches, and contamination during brick stacking and transportation, thus ensuring the appearance quality of the product upon leaving the factory.Bricks enter the laminating area via a conveyor mechanism (such as a conveyor belt). A roll of protective film, pre-installed on a film roller, is drawn and unrolled through a series of guide rollers, covering the surface of the brick. Subsequently, a pressing roller and other mechanisms tightly press the film onto the brick. Some machines also employ heating elements (such as low-temperature heating rods) to slightly heat the film, making it more flexible and improving the lamination effect.Finally, the film is cut using a cutting device, completing a single coating process.
