RGVs can integrate various transfer mechanisms such as rollers, forks, and lifting to flexibly handle the transfer needs of different material forms, including brick blanks, dried bricks, and finished blocks. As a link connecting various isolated production units, RGVs are key execution units for achieving "lights-out factories" and intelligent production. Shuttle Cart
The servo motor drives the track wheels to move on the transverse track. The longitudinal track on the shuttle car can be aligned with the following pre-embedded longitudinal tracks: the wet brick exit track of the brick machine, the inlet track of the brick stacking machine, the tracks of each curing kiln, and the pallet return/delivery track. After alignment, the transport trolley on the shuttle car can enter and exit the shuttle car.

Transport Trolley
The lifting mechanism on the transport trolley raises the item, and the trolley travels to the designated position according to the preset target. It then lowers to set the item down, thus transferring the item from one location to another, i.e., item transfer. (When the multi-level transport trolley is raised, it can stop at multiple different heights to meet the storage and retrieval needs of multi-level curing kilns.)

During track laying, the transverse track for the shuttle bus and the longitudinal track for the transport trolley are at different heights, with the longitudinal track of the transport trolley being higher than the transverse track of the shuttle bus.
